You can expect a work culture where your career depends on results, not attendance. If unexpected situations require you to be unavailable or adjust your working hours, we will find a flexible and uncomplicated solution together.

Our consulting approach offers flexibility between working at customer sites, remotely, from home, and in the office. We generally follow a 2-2-1 schedule: at least two days at the customer site, up to two days remote or at home, and one day at one of our office locations. Employees in corporate functions typically work at least two days in the office.

In addition to our modern workstations at our offices, all permanent Horváth employees receive a laptop and an iPhone, which can also be used privately at no extra cost.

We offer 30 days of annual leave plus the option to take up to 10 additional days of special leave per year, either as unpaid leave or through salary conversion. In addition, we provide various individual arrangements to support work-life balance, including part-time models, full-time, reduced-hour, and zero-hour contracts, as well as longer sabbaticals.

We offer the option to work from abroad for up to 4 weeks (28 days) with only a few conditions.

Grow@Horváth is your personalized learning journey and forms the foundation for structured development. At the beginning of your career, you will develop key skills through basic methodological training and gain insights into specialized topics. As your career progresses, you can focus on leadership and acquisition skills while expanding your expertise.

The Horváth Business School was specifically designed by our experts to convey professional and industry-specific know-how. The hybrid format offers the ideal opportunity to develop your skills in a targeted manner and network within the company based on your level of experience.

You can supplement our wide range of training courses with additional courses from external providers. Your manager and our Learning & Development team will support you in identifying your individual needs and finding the right training for you.

Our foundation is in science, and it is a given that we will support your academic development - financially and by offering appropriate leave of absence. We support employees pursuing a master's degree or a PhD.

We work with a specialized provider to provide access to a wide range of support services for all situations in life, ranging from finding domestic help and care services for children and relatives in need to crisis counselling and preventive healthcare.

The Parents@Horváth initiative provides a platform specifically designed to address the needs related to parenthood. The network creates opportunities to network with other parents, receive information on parental leave or flexible working time models, as well as valuable input on everyday family life.

You can lease up to two (e-)bikes from us on favorable terms, either for commuting or for personal use in your free time.

From the Managing Consultant level onwards, we offer an attractive company car leasing scheme. Our Green Car Policy subsidizes the switch to electric and hybrid vehicles, which includes a wall box for your garage at home.

Use the 'Deutschlandticket' as a job ticket and enjoy a subsidy from us! This allows you to commute to the office comfortably and in an environmentally friendly way, and you can also use the ticket for private purposes.
